It is Finished

Finals have ended.

This morning I took my German final and I believe that I did okay. I
got alittle nervous on some of the written sections. Sure, they were
simple sentences but they’re quite foundational to the remainder of
my German education.

I called my mother and we have no word on Taryl and Denise’s baby.
Momma said that if nothing happens by Monday they’re going to induce
labor. Oh, I wish my niece would hurry and be born already! I think
the only people more nervous than me are Taryl and Denise.

I still haven’t shaved and I’m beginning to look scruffy. Curiosity
has overtaken me, and I am going to see just how scruffy I can become
just before I actually do shave. :)

Senior Presentation

Last I saw what I’ll be doing next year. The senior presentations apparently are a big thing for us design students. Many of the participants said something about not sleeping, not eating, etc., but their efforts paid off.

Two of my levelmates were there and I told them that we should be part of the same group so that when next year arrives we can be the prepared ones. Making the presentation in front of everyone will be easy for me, I think. Verbal jiggery and delivery is not one of my weakpoints!

So begins the clamping down of the next week: Finals week. Final projects due, and my German final. Gott, hilfin mir mit diese Klausur!
